Crazy for Cardio Workout
Join Rosalie as she pushes you through two full circuits of cardio and strength exercises. Includes jogging, pull-ups, chin-ups, leg curls, sit-ups, shoulder presses, bridges and planks. Modify your workout by adjusting the height of your glideboard and/or tempo of your movements. Workout uses Squat Stand, Wing Attachment and Press Up Bars (optional).
