I've signed up. Now, how do I get started?

Getting started with Total Gym TV is easy. Go to the "Workouts" page (found in the main menu), then select a workout. That's it!


Can I watch on my phone, tablet or smart TV (Roku, Fire TV, etc)?

YES! Total Gym TV is accessible via Internet browser or app. We are proud to offer Total Gym TV on iOS, Android, Roku, tvOS (Apple TV) and FireTV.

Can I pay for a year upfront?

Yes! We now offer a Premium Annual Subscription for a discounted price on Totalgymdirect.com.


Can I cancel my Total Gym TV Subscription?

You can cancel your Total Gym TV subscription at any time to prevent future charges by opening the "Dashboard" in the Main Menu.<br>Once the dashboard window opens, go to the "Billing" tab, and cancel the applicable Total Gym TV subscription.


How do I save my favorite workout videos?

  1. When signed in, click on a workout video you want to save for easy access later.

  2. On the workout page, click on Add to Favorites. The heart turns pink once the video is added!

  3. Click Browse Workouts & the newly added Favorites will appear at the top of the page.

How do I change the credit card I'm using for billing?

  1. When signed in, click on Dashboard.

  2. In the Dashboard, click on Billing.

  3. Enter your Payment Method (Card number, expiration, CVC & zip code). Then click on Save Card.

How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.

How do I change my email address on my account?

  1. When signed in, click on Dashboard.

  2. Under your Profile, enter your new Email address & click on Save Changes.

How do I change my password on my account?

  1. When signed in, click on Dashboard.

  2. In the Dashboard, click on Password.

  3. Enter your Current Password & your New Password. Then click on Save Changes.

Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
